And a new book was born unto!

After a catastrophic railway accident leaves a trail of carnage and devastation in its wake, the small train station in Rain, Germany is shuttered. Six months later, Gary and Grace Wolf, returning home after their belated honeymoon, find themselves trapped inside the now defunct terminal. What they discover within its walls leads them to make harrowing decisions. What they learn about each other pushes them to the brink of disaster.

Back in Bloomington, Illinois, their best friends, Mike and Sarah Waverly, await their return. A few hours before the plane is scheduled to land, Mike becomes tormented by troubling premonitions concerning Gary and Grace. Driven to find out the truth, Mike finds himself battling mysterious and inexplicable obstacles that plunge him into his own personal hell.

Everyone’s fate hangs in a precarious balance as the clock runs out.

And...we are live!

This is the OFFICIAL link to Track 9!
It's available RIGHT NOW and will soon be on and Barnes and along with other places (online) that books can be purchased.
As you can see, it's not a long read, but it does pack some punches.  I will be at Printers Row Lit Fest in Chicago on June 10th (from 3pm - 6pm) under the Chicago Writers Association Tent. Come on by for a chat and/or a signed copy! Or simply say "hello"!
Plus, keep an eyeball peeled for details on the Official Book Launch Shindig. Probably happening sometime in July here in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.

Two years, people.

Actually, over two years and countless weekends, evenings, etc.

But it's finally done. Track 9, my second novel is finished. It is practically ready for publication. Create Space is currently making the final corrections (this week!) and then, it's go time. I want to thank all the folks who hopped on board the Kickstarter train with me. Thank You! Without your help and support, this would not have come to fruition.

The plan is to take it (the new book as well as Badfish) to Printers Row Lit Fest in Chicago this June 10th (come and see me!) and have the "official roll-out" / book launch for it after that. So, if you're in the mood for some suspense/horror reading, you might want to get your hands on Track 9. It will, of course, be available on Amazon and as a Kindle e-book.

For those who will read it, I hope it conveys a sense of desperation and a sense of battling the unknown. In our current world, on so many levels, there is a feeling of grasp…
